# About Pratik Thapa

I'm Pratik Thapa, a Full-Stack AI Product Engineer based in Pokhara, Nepal, shipping production software since 2022. I work in TypeScript end to end: Next.js and React on the front, NestJS, Hono, and Node.js behind it, PostgreSQL underneath, and Vercel or Cloudflare at the edge.

I build products from architecture and data models through deployment. I focus on clear abstractions, reviewed changes, and codebases that remain dependable as teams adopt AI-assisted development.

Shipped work includes [FynePDF](https://fynepdf.com), a broad PDF workspace with 40+ public tool routes, 15+ specialized document agents, and persistent cited chat; [StoryWonderBook](https://www.storywonderbook.com), a personalized children's-story platform that has created 300+ stories; [Restrox](https://www.restrox.com/np), a multi-tenant restaurant management system operating across 500+ restaurants; WebRTC communication platforms; and 10+ client applications. I'm currently a Full Stack AI Engineer at [Builders Academy](https://www.buildersacademy.ai), and I'm looking to join teams building AI-native SaaS and developer tools where AI is the product, not a feature.

Outside of work I speak at community tech events — I hosted a talk on the evolution of web technologies at the Solana Frontier City Mixer — and I serve as Education & Technical Department Executive at AWS Student Builders, Prithvi Narayan Campus, where I'm pursuing a Bachelor of Computer Applications.
